Return/Exchange Policy

Return:

• DaniMae will accept return items of clothing and shoes if when shipped back they are in the same quality they were purchased. There may be no signs of washing/drying, wearing, said item(s). They need to be free of and not limited to: Make-up, deodorant, pet hair, smoke. 
• The Item will need to be returned with your paper print out and tags attached (if applicable). 
• For full refund/exchange this will need to be done within 15 days that the package was received. If you do decide to send back the item(s), the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to make the return. Please think of using USPS/UPS as they provide you a tracking number so you know that your package has arrived. Please make sure they are securely packaged as we are not responsible for what may happen to them (lost or damaged) on their long journey back.
• All jewelry sales are final. 
• You should see your refund within 5-7 business days on your card.
• If you feel you have received an item that was damaged, report this to us within the first 2 days of the delivery date

Exchange:

DaniMae will allow exchanges for another size/color (if applicable). With seasons changing and inventory as well, there is no guarantee that we will have that item in stock. We will message you and see if there is something comparable to the item if you would like to exchange for the item purchased.
